Forcadell, the real estate consulting firm, has advised the fashion company specialized in the latest trends in sunglasses in the opening of their new commercial premises. The new 80 sqm store is located in the Passeig the Borbó (1 st Line Mixed), one of the main commercial streets in the Barceloneta area. Carolina Lemke, which is currently in full expansion phase in Spain, has carried out the transaction with the aim of adding another point of sale (POS) in the Catalan Capital. It is the 5 th store the international brand has in the catalan capital.
According to Antonio López, Head of the Corporate Real Estate Department of Forcadell, “Retail in Barcelona has registered positive values during the past year, confirming its stabilization and consolidation, despite the lack of space in the first lines. The new Carolina Lemke store is in a much sought after location, which combines luxury shopping and high level of tourist footfall”.
