Forcadell Real Estate Consulting advised ARC Soluciones in the leasing of a warehouse of more than 2.320 sqm in Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona. The Company, specialized in designing driving solutions for people with reduced mobility, decided to carry out this operation with the aim to unify and expand its current facilities located in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. The company expects to leave its workshop and storage location in L’Hospitalet-which until now were in separate buildings-to open in Sant Just a new workshop, storage, office and showroom.
According to Gerard Plana, Director of the Industrial-Logistics Department of Forcadell, “The industrial warehouse rental market in Catalonia has registered very positive figures the first months of 2018. The ARC Soluciones transaction is an example of the good performance of the sector, which has been registering demand increases for the past 4 years.” Plana adds that “the Baix Llobregat is the second region in Catalonia with most of the requests for warehouses to rent: 1 in 4 demands are from el Baix Llobregat, as the last Forcadell Industrial-Logistics Market Report pointed out.”
