More than 20 years as a manager in companies in the tourism sector and, especially, leading and managing teams in luxury hotels. In February 2022, he arrived at FORCADELL to occupy the position of Director of Human Resources.

Graduated in History from the Universitat de Barcelona and trained as a Senior Technician in Human Resources Management by Euroinnova International Online Education. He also has a postgraduate degree in Hotel Management and Management from CESAE Business School and one in Human Resources Management from EADA Business School.
